Contracts
We require a signed contract before services are rendered. The contract will outline the services that will be provided by Busy Agent Support Services and the expectations of each of the parties.
Invoicing
All invoices will be sent by e-mail with an attached time tracking form. Postage, shipping costs, faxing fees, printing, etc. will also be detailed on the invoice.
Retainer Plan
We offer a monthly retainer plan of 5, 10, & 20 hours.
Pay As You Go Hourly Plan
Work performed under this plan is billed at an hourly rate.
Rush Projects
Projects that must be completed on weekends and holidays are subject to an additional fee. Contact us for more details.
Payment Options
For your convenience, Busy Agent Supports accepts: Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Discover, personal check and money orders.
A $35.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks.
